Identify a decision you made (or one you currently face) in which there were tradeoffs; in other words, you had more than one objective but there was a conflict between objectives. Try to select a decision that you find challenging ? it may have been a major or minor decision, but one where making a choice was difficult because of the tradeoffs involved.
