Find a classmate, colleague, friend, or family member. Ask permission to coach him or her, reminding the person that all information is kept confidential. Use techniques describing balance and perspective to gain an understanding of the individual’s current perspective and coach them to one other perspective.
Write about the experience. What was easy and difficult about the techniques? What was the impact on the individual? What would you have done the same or differently if you repeated this exercise?
