Think of a person at work in the past, present, or future that you would like to influence. The influence problem should be one that prompts them to support something or do something that would benefit your professional interests. It is not about you influencing them to change themselves in some way.

Apply the concepts found in your reading assignment and Robert B. Cialdini’s Harnessing the Science of Persuasion.

Develop at least three strategies that you can try in order to influence this person. Explain the reasoning behind your choices.

In a 2-4 page paper, excluding cover and reference pages, present your strategies. The paper should include:

Introduction of the situation
The three strategies
A reflection on the possible drawbacks of the strategies
