Patient's improved care

Develop a professional product to improve care or the patient experience related to the identified health problem with a 2-4 page summary of intervention findings, evidence, and best-practice basis for the professional product. (It could be a pamphlet or brochure, or if you have any other ideas, I am ok with that as well.)
Important: You must complete all of the assessments in order for this course
(Basically from my understanding we have to make an educational product pamphlet/brochure or any order ideas, and them write an APA format paper to explain why I am choosing this type of teaching/educational method). In my order, I put 4 pages which I am assuming that probably 2 will be for the brochure/pamphlet and the 2 other can be the APA paper. In assessment 1 we worked with diabetes.
