Now explain, using recommended and additional literature and resources, the benefits of collaboration among adults and with students in the classroom. Elaborate on the opportunities for creating a productive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages positive adult-adult, adult-student and student-student interactions, and describe how collaboration helps appreciate and reflect diversity, multiple perspectives, and cultural responsiveness, as well as develop positive relationships within a class.
