b. Next, focus on one of the major characters in Otsuka's novel: the father. Which aspects of his parenting skills and style exemplify a growth mindset? Which parts exhibit a fixed mindset? c. Then, shift your focus onto the fixed mindset aspect of the man's and the woman's marriage. Which elements or parts of their relationship exhibit a fixed mindset? Use specifics from Otsuka's novel AND Dweck's Chapter 6 for analysis.
d. For the conclusion, conclude what the man and the woman (i.e. the father and the mother) need to do in order to heal and to save their marriage. Who needs to change? Explain why, and be specific.
