  3. Considering factors such as the training methods, training principles, and the pre- and post-training environments for staff, what
    recommendations would you make for improving the training?
  4. Briefly describe the transfer-of-training problem in this case. What changes, if any, would you make to the training method to avoid this
    problem?
  5. What other changes would you suggest that could increase the transfer of training in this case?
