Produce a reflective learning account of the research process undertaken in the dissertation, this is to be submitted to your dissertation supervisor one week after the dissertation. Due date 23rd October 2022 7.00hrs. It is anticipated that to reflect in the detail required it will be approx. 1,000 words (plus or minus 10%).
We would also suggest that you utilize the concept of ‘becoming’ a ‘critically reflective practitioner’ (or an alternative theoretical perspective) to inform your critique. You must integrate literature into the account.
Suggested Structure for Reflective Learning Account:
Brief account given of the research process under consideration.
Personal learning – what have you learnt about yourself and your own practice, including the ‘micro politics of organisations, as a result of your research?
Practitioner learning – what have you learnt about the practice which is useful to other practitioners?
Organisational learning – what has been learnt in the wider system in which you and the problem are located? For example, what have the stakeholders of the research learnt?
