The organizational culture reflects the external environment of the company. Cultures and Learning:
There is no one specific culture for the organizational. There are different cultures within the organization. The other cultures divided by the occupational as it will explain. These different communities in the firm could impact the learning in the organization. Also, they can rduce the organization ability to reinvent themselves when it needs.

In 1996 the professor Schein wrote about the organizational cultures in the company and the relation between it and the learning, so the professor assist that in each companies there are three levels of communities based on their occupations or career in the firm and their have different assumptions. The different these difference communities inside the company could be education and Assumptions of the three Cultures

The Three culturesare: The Owner community which involve the executive and juniors manager and owners the business, The operator community usually visible in the operations department, and the last one is the engineering community which not only involve the traditional engineering, but also involve the IT, designer system and analytics system and Marketing research as well. Each culture in the organizations have different assumptions, value and imperatives.

1. The operator Culture
“It evolves locally in organization and within operational units.”(Schein 1996, p13).
This culture is very much based upon human interaction, trust, teamwork, and a high
level of communication. All these factors are crucial to enabling teams to work both
collaboratively and efficiently.

Moreover, they assume the employment are the dynamo of the firm, and the causes of
a successful company is the employment qualifications, commitment, a learning
capability and skills. The technology that use in the company determines what
knowledge the workers need. (Schein, 1996)

2. The executive’s Culture
this culture comprises of the CEO and the immediate underlying management in the
company. The concept of this culture is based on the economic health and the financial
improvement of the organization. According to Schein (1996, p15), the CEO’s attitudes
focus primarily on financial aspect of the organization and their own self-image.

3. The Engineering Culture
The engineering culture is based on educational backgrounds, qualifications and
experiences. this culture tends to think quantitatively and is strongly motivated by
problem solving. In this point, they prefer to reduce the human source in their solutions
and swap them by technology in their solutions because they assume technology is
more accurate in the process. (Schein, 1996)
The biggest Question here is an ideal organizational culture?
From these different communities in the firms each one has an ideal world which are
The ideal world for Executive is work as a team and should the top manager did not ignore them in make-decision ……
Whereas the ideal world for operation is ….
From the different assumptions of these three cultures, they have different ideal worlds or the organization from different points of views, for example, the Owner see the ideal world is to reduce the expanses and increase the profit. Even though the engineering sees the. (Schein, 1996)
