Organizational Behavior and Negotiation Course

As team of 3-4 members, you are required to carry out the following:
1.    Decide on TWO topics out of the many topics we have covered in the presentations. Careful considerations must be taken during the discussion among members when choosing these topics as there will be no further changes in the selected topics. Also, you need to consult with Dr. Abdel Moneim to obtain the approval for these topics.
2.    For each topic, you need to access the online library of ADSM in particular two databases (Harvard Business Review or Emerald) and search for published research and choose one article for each topic. These selected articles must have your interests as a team (Please inform Dr. Abdel Moneim when you select these articles).
3.    Following reading these articles, you are required to produce TWO reports (1500 words each) between yourselves emphasizing critical analysis of each article. In your critical analysis, you need to provide your reflection and debate supported by further research for the various issues discussed in each article and provide recommendations for improvement.

Individual Assignment (40%)

As individual, you need to produce ONE report (around 1000 words). The focus of this report is to provide detailed comparison between the selected two articles by your group. It is expected that there will be major differences between reports submitted by the group members. The reason for these differences is that each member must provide his/her own critical thinking and highlight the pros and cons from their own perspective.

Participation and cases discussions (20%)

Active participation is observed and marked. Also, there will be short cases to be discussed in the classroom.
