Online Instructor’s Roles

Order Description

A description of two ways that an instructor?s role in online instruction differs from an instructor?s role in face-to-face instruction. Then, reflecting on your teaching philosophy, discuss how the roles of an online instructor may warrant a revision of your philosophy of teaching. (My teaching philosophy can be summed up using the word STEM. My objective as a teacher is to implement strategies that engage minds (STEM). I am confident that all students can learn when their mind is actively engaged. My goal is to create a learning environment that promotes the freedom to think and explore knowledge, while developing creativity, writing skills, and social skills. My objective is also to help students become lifelong learners and self-directed learner through intrinsic motivation.)
