Predict energy expenditure : this should be also predicted from formulae for BMR based on age/sex and weight and activity factor.
3- Discuss energy balance and relate to recommended requirements .
-Summarise the data in a table for 3 days given ( one column :energy in (food intake in kcal ) and one column :energy out : physical activity how many hours/day and type( kcal out )
-Use average energy expenditure and energy intake values to discuss energy balance to the 52 year old client.
4- Anthropometric data:
Present anthropometric info as % body fat data for this client from the bioelectric impedance and calculation of ideal body weight . This can also be in table form and need to explain a bit in reference to every thing how calculated based on what.
-Discussion : This section should be all referenced properly almost 90 % of this section is from evidence that links to solving the weight issue in the client .
