My educational journey has shaped my professional identity by helping me to develop the knowledge, skills, and values that are essential for nursing practice. I have learned about the importance of compassion, integrity, excellence, leadership, and collaboration. I have also learned about the importance of patient-centered care and the need to advocate for my patients.

My goals for continued professional identity formation during my career as a nurse include:
