Nursing Evolution

You are required to complete and turn in the evolution of the course. Write a summary about your experience
this term in relation to your evolution in becoming a Registered Nurse. Talk about your class and experiences.
Talk about the transition to online class due to COVID19.
This was my first class of the nursing program, Fundamentals of Nursing. We learned about nursing process:
assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Some of the topics we study were:
Communication, Vital Signs, Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness, Hygiene, Skin Integrity and
Wound Care, Medication, Complementary and Integrative Health.
