1.Analyze the comprehensive case study cluster sheet on LS. Identify three(3) of the highest priority nursing diagnoses appropriate to your patient from three (3) different affected systems. (Think ABC's first).
- Develop a nursing care plan for the assigned patient (as described in the lectures and using the nursing care plan template) based on your three (3) nursing diagnoses utilizing NANDA format (Don’t forget to include page numbers for each diagnosis from the Ackley, Ladwig, Makic - Nursing Diagnosis Handbook, Section III, and selective "subjective" and objective data from the comprehensive case study cluster sheet, provides support for each nursing diagnosis and becomes your AEB).
3.No Risk for Nursing Diagnosis. The interventions MUST be personalized for this patient and include one teaching diagnosis.
