Natural product bioactivity prediction based on chemographic analysis.

Order Description ''The purpose of this study is to explore and predict pharmacological activities of flavonoid and iridoid novel compounds using ChemGPS-NP by characterizing them chemographically'' I DO NOT NEED THE WHOLE PROJECT WITHIN 30 DAYS, ( TWO MONTHS FOR WHOLE) BUT NEED AT LEAST HALF WITHIN THE NEXT MONTH. THIS IS PHARMACOGNOSY, PHARMACY, PHYSIO CHEMSISTRY BASED THESIS. The project will be based on a combination of litterature and in-silico methods, including ChemGPS-NP scoring, PCA-modeling,, 8D Euclidean distance calculations and interpretation of the properties of these novel compounds in correlation to previously determined biological activities of neighbouring compounds in chemical property space. I WILL BE PROVIDING YOU WITH RESULTS.
