Find a video of a dynamic sports skill movement of which you are not familiar (NOT a biomechanical analysis video, but an example of the movement is all that is needed). Link the video in your initial post.
List and describe the phases of the movement.
Analyze levers applied to the movement.
Identify what planes of motion each phase takes place. You can separate the movements into upper and lower body for clarity.
Identify the primary skeletal structures moving in each phase and their correct biomechanical termed direction.
For your required follow-up post to a peer (peer response) - What are the primary muscles being used to initiate, stabilize, and decelerate movement in ONE of the identified phases of your classmates' listed dynamic skill movement.
