Your report is to have five parts- do not omit any. Prepare your bibliography as Appendix A. You are to conduct the analytic techniques suggested including the starburst and premortem analysis, and present the results as
Appendix B. Based on your findings, you prepare a narrative report. You then construct the one-page SitRep as a summary of the narrative. To complete the report prepare the following items in the order below:
Conduct the analytical techniques and complete Appendix B.
Prepare the narrative using the same headings as the sitrep.
Construct your sitrep as an executive summary of your narrative.
Prepare your bibliography as Appendix A.
Evaluate the techniques you used and other techniques that could have been used as Appendix C.
The fifth part - evaluation of analytic technique - presented as Appendix C, will require you to examine critically the technique used and consider whether it was adequate or another technique should have be used in place
of or in addition to it.
