This can be a project/programme you are familiar with or a fictitious one. The body of the plan should contain at least these four main sections: 1. Describe the chosen project/programme (Logframe, if any, should be in an appendix). 2. Explain the scope and objectives of the Monitoring & Evaluation exercise and the main monitoring/evaluation questions. 3. Develop a Monitoring & Evaluation matrix (table format). The matrix must be in the body of the text (not in an appendix) 4. Explain your methodology (narrative). In the narrative, you should describe the design of your Monitoring & Evaluation exercise, sampling method and sample, data collection and data analysis methods. You should be able to justify your methodological choices. The 2,000 word limit excludes appendices, if any.
