- Select five high-stake assignments for inclusion in the portfolio and provided the rationale for their relevance in demonstrating required skills for the targeted job market. (Additional criteria in selecting the five assignments will be provided in Week 2.)
- Demonstrate insight into the evolution of the job market and how to remain competitive.
- Conduct a gap analysis of targeted job market skills versus combined skills acquired through the MSIS program. For any perceived gaps, indicate how existing courses could be expanded, or new courses created, to address those gaps. (Note: This element will not be part of your published portfolio and may be performed through the duration of the course.)
