Write a peer-reviewed journal manuscript for a journal that accepts theoretical/conceptual articles. The theory/concept should not exist in the literature at the time of you writing it.
Think through all that you have learned in your studies and present a concept that you believe contributes to the understanding of how to lead people in organizations.
If needed use a theoretical model to explain the theory/concept that you have developed.
Locate the journal and follow the author submission guidelines. Show the journal and the URL to the authors' guidelines on the title page of your manuscript in the author's notes section.
