Write a three-page mime play with a familiar setting that uses little to no dialogue. It should convey a clear conflict wherein the character(s) violates the rules of that particular space. Nothing too outrageous. For
example, a man goes around shushing everyone at the park. Or a woman in an office waits at the copier and tries to hold hands with everyone who stops to make copies. Or a man cooks pancakes in his car. The
character must have a reason for doing this action beyond it being out of the ordinary or insane. By the end of the piece we this reasoning should be revealed to us (shown, not told) or at least hinted at. For example, in the
first instance, perhaps at the end, the man shushing everyone at the park reveals the nest of sleeping bunnies underneath the park bench.
