by the change. In any case, for change to be effective and sustainable, the organization must be

ready to accept and implement the change. In this assignment, you will analyze organizational

readiness for change.

topic, and at least ONE in-text citation from each source be included.
Directions:

Write a paper of 500-750 words that addresses the methods leaders use to determine if an

organization needs and is ready to accept change. Include the following in your paper:

An analysis of the factors used to determine if change is needed in a given organization.
A discussion of how to determine if an organization is structurally ready to support change leading

to a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and adaptation.
