• Attach THREE of the recipes that you are using in your meal plan.

  1. Write a concise (min. 3 pages, max. five page; double-spaced, 12-pt font) reflection on your usual diet and developed menu plan, discussing the following

points:

• How does your usual diet compare to the MyPlate personalized Checklist? Are there food groups where your intake is typically inadequate?
• How have you REALISTICALLY adapted your menu plan to address these shortcomings in your diet?
• If you included a restaurant meal, how did you try to make the best choice possible?
• Identify future areas for improvement and realistic strategies for achieving a healthier diet.

Make sure to include a copy of your personalized Daily Food Plan, Three Day Menu Plan and Grocery List, and your written reflection.
