Topic: Mentoring and Coaching- Effective mentoring and coaching processes to empower employees to become more confident in their roles, self-aware, and able to problem-solve.
Objective one: Set Goals- new employees will set goals for their professional and personal development, existing employees will set new goals for their growth in their professional and personal development.
Objective two: training and development-training of new and existing employees- ensuring that all employees understand the job and will teach them to achieve the goals that they set for themselves in turn this will improve company morale.
Object three: conflict resolution- learning to find a common ground to come to a satisfactory agreement to resolve any issues that may arise in the workplace. Work on problem solving skills
