1) Play with the Processing code of the Breakout game and turn in a functioning “remake” which has altered the code of the original file in some fashion. The “remake” that you turn in does not have to be a game or resemble the original in any way. In fact, you should try to make it look different! Just to be clear, you are not by any means required to ADD any code OR even understand how it works; you are just changing small bits of the original code to make it look and act differently when you run it. 2) Then, in a 3-page paper construct an argument concerning the topic of code literacy— the ability to read and write code. Should society embrace and promote code literacy throughout our culture, perhaps even requiring it to be taught in schools like learning basic skills such as reading, writing, and arithmetic? Why or why not?
