Marketing Systems in Milo Cricket
Description:
Step 1: Literature review: A brief but insightful literature review on marketing system and community engagement is required. Literature review reflects the platform to be examined throughout the report. A good literature review considers the contemporary theories which are practiced in local and international marketing strategies.
Step 2: Event sequencing map (ESM): Students are suggested to examine You-tube videos on Milo cricket program in order to create ESM, which is consists of three components. This is shown in the following table. (See attached file)
In the first column, the web link of selected you-tube videos should be mentioned followed by the time of the event. Brief explanation of the event will then be described under 'description'. It is basically what is observed in the video in a time range. In the last column, theories (from marketing system and community engagement) must be mentioned. Your tutor will demonstrate this table in class for your clear understanding.
Step 3: Constructing theoretical framework in Popplet: After designing event sequencing map, students are expected to design a theoretical framework. Theoretical framework is then drawn in popplet map.
Step 4: Explain and justify theoretical framework: In this stage, student should explain the theoretical framework and its implication. Students are expected to apply marketing system and community engagement theories in order to justify its relevance to Milo Cricket program by Neste, Australia. It is highly expected of students to be forward looking in suggesting why these theories are pivotal in developing marketing strategies sustainable into the future.
