Market Analysis Ch 1 Order Description Business Plan – Home Health Care The purpose/objective is going to be: Help Elderly Patients Live Healthier and Better Lives in the Comfort of their own Home with Great Quality Care, fast turnaround rates, and 24 hour on cal service. The name of the Home Health Care will be “Power Home Health Care” and will be located in the West Los Angeles Area. The target population are 65 years of age and over. Home health Cares accept Medicare, cash and private insurances. This will be an INC – S corporation. This agency will be open by me and a partner and we will start with putting $25,000 each into the business from our own money. However the paper is not to be written in 1st person…3rd person only. This project will be completed with 4 chapters/sections. There is a rubric for each chapter so as I go on to each chapter I will add a new rubric please follow each rubric step by step. Under criteria/content are the titles for each section so please label them as they are labeled there. Chapter 1-Marketing Plan/Analysis Chapter 2-Feasibilty and SWOT Analysis Chapter 3-Legal and Regulatory Issues Chapter 4-Financial Assumptions Each chapter will be about 8-10 pages or however long you need as long as it is a minimum of 8. There will be graphs and charts especially in chapter 4 which will also include and excel spreadsheet of the financial part. There needs to be at least 30 references. When using articles they must be peer reviewed (2010-present) other references that must be included are online websites but must be cited correctly. PLEASE PROVIDE A LITERATURE REVIEW TABLE AS THE EXAMPLE THAT I HAVE ATTACHED. THE REFERENCES THAT YOU WILL ADD HERE ARE JUST PRELIMINARY SINCE WE DO NOT KNOW WHICH REFERENCES YOU WILL BE USING LATER ON IN THE OTHER CHAPTERS MEANING THIS IS JUST GROUNDWORK NOT FINAL AND YOU ARE ABLE TO USE OTHER REFERENCES IN THE OTHER CHAPTERS LATER ON. This project will require several revisions/edits until the end of MAY. I will add sample papers as soon as I am able to get them. Don't forget the Literature review table is due along with this first chapter.
