B. When faced with a dilemma, managers need to think about who is affected by their decisions. True ethical dilemmas are tradeoffs among those who are affected by the consequences of decisions. Seldom is a decision right vs. wrong. More often, the decision is right vs. right. Over time, different philosophers have thought about the moral implications of ethical decisions. When you study their thinking, you will find that each focuses on a different priority. Your assignment is to find, record, and cite the definitions of twoclassical theories of ethics:
