Management

This is a discussion post, and it needs to address the following: (1) Clayton Christensen suggests that management, if practiced well, can be the most noble of professions. Briefly describe how you can make management a noble profession in your own life by picking one insight or principle that you've learned in this class and describe how that insight will help you become a better manager. The insight I've chosen is the importance of culture in organizations. Needs to be between 400 to 500 words.
