with trust in organizations. The article, The Enemies of Trust, focuses on a key element in organizational values: the issue of trust. The video describes the impact

of trust on organizational culture.

The Truth About Lies
In Bill Moyer’s documentary, The Truth About Lies, Daniel Goldman discusses the issue of dishonesty and the impact it has on individuals and organizations. Although

this is an older documentary, it does an excellent job of describing the nature and impact of dishonesty. In particular, the discussion of the Challenger disaster is a

shocking but effective illustration of the importance of this week’s topic.
