You can leverage the power of MyCred to present your accomplishments and employability. But just because you are using MyCred does not mean that you are using it well. Some uses of MyCred are more effective than others, so one of your goals should be to determine criteria for successful sites and then ensure that your own site meets those criteria.
1.) Access the MyCred site. 2.) Go to the Examples page. Review at least three of the MyCred live portfolio examples (there are many options to choose from). 3.) Evaluate which of the MyCred examples you viewed is the most effective and why. 4.) Complete a discussion post that meets the following requirements:
-State the title of the example you found to be the most effective of those you viewed. -Discuss three specific reasons why you think this is an effective portfolio. -List at least two approaches to success in MyCred that you will apply to your own ePortfolio evaluation. -Make a connection between Personal Construct Theory and the exhibits you think you would select for your own MyCred site. How are your potential selections reflective of how you see the world? What do they suggest about your decision-making and your values?
5.) Read other students' posts and respond to at least two other posts. Compare and contrast your response to your peers. Did you learn anything significant from another student's post?
