Leasing Standard Order Description Question 2 In 1500 words or less: Contrast the existing leasing standard with the proposed standard. Identify and briefly explain what the key changes in the new standard will be and the implication for many companies that have substantial leasing arrangements. Identify the key arguments of those opposing the new standard and evaluate those arguments. Accurate content You will be marked on how well you answer the question and the accuracy and completeness of the information you present. Structure and presentation Your essay should have an introduction, body and conclusion. It should be logical and flow from one section to the next. Your essay should contain no spelling errors, and should use correct grammar and punctuation. You will be also be marked on good use of paragraphing, the use of headings where appropriate, the use of white-space and overall formatting. Referencing It would be anticipated that no less than 10 references would be provided for an essay such as this. References should be no earlier than 2010 in most cases. You should endeavour to provide a depth and breadth of references. You should reference some journal articles and have no more than 5 internet references (electronic journals are not counted in this number). Professional bodies’ web references are acceptable, but references such as ‘cheat.com’ and ‘fratfiles.com’ will not be acceptable.
