Leadership Responsibilities and Skills

To be able to lead an adaptive organizational system, you need to be able to look at the changing context of practice and plan to meet these emerging needs. The strategies for change will differ based on the type of forecasted change in context. Each strategy requires a different skill set for the leader. For this paper, you will present multiple strategies and the corresponding skills required by leadership to successfully implement adaptive change in a human services system.
Assignment Instructions
Write a 6–8-page paper, presenting leadership responsibilities for adaptive change related to changes in policy, funding, and community. In your paper:
Present strategies for each of the aspects of change and corresponding skills the leader would need to implement the strategy.
Present general leadership skills that support organizational change.
Integrate course readings and outside sources into the paper. Also, support the paper with a minimum of five scholarly sources.
