Drawing on your leadership feedback reports address the following questions:

  1. Where are you now? What are your current leadership strengths and weaknesses? Be specific
    and draw on your feedback from leadership ethics, attributes and behaviors.
  2. What are your leadership aspirations for the next 3-5 years? What skills and abilities are necessary for your goals?
  3. How have your reports and theories from the class helped you to understand yourself as a leader. What areas may need development in order to meet your aspirations?
