The goal of this paper is to provide you with an opportunity to analyze your leadership style and explore both your leadership and followership qualities. By reflecting on your leadership and followership experiences throughout this course (online and in-class) and examining the scholarly literature and leadership theory in relation to your leadership abilities, you can enhance your understanding of effective leadership/followership and engage in personal and professional development to strengthen your leadership/followership praxis. Lastly, you will have an opportunity to set a goal and research evidence-based strategies to increase your leadership and/or followership.
