- What obstacles do you face in your own leadership development?
One of the biggest obstacles I face in my leadership development is my own self-doubt. I often question my abilities and wonder if I am good enough to be a leader. I also struggle with perfectionism and I am afraid of making mistakes.
Another obstacle I face is my lack of experience. I am still relatively new to leadership and I sometimes feel like I am not qualified to lead others. I am also learning to balance my leadership responsibilities with my other responsibilities, such as my studies.

I am overcoming these obstacles by taking steps to improve my self-confidence and by learning from my mistakes. I am also surrounding myself with supportive people who believe in me and who can help me to grow as a leader.
