Answer the following questions with logical argument to support:

  1. Should leadership be a shared process? That is, how many leadership roles should a leader delegate? You might consider the following issues: consistency in messaging; pay differential; diffusion of responsibility, or describe others.
  2. Some say that hard skills (e.g., finance, quantitative analysis) are more important for leaders than soft skills (e.g., interpersonal skills). And some say the opposite? What is your view?
  3. Is leadership ability universal, or is a good leader in one environment also effective in another? For example, can a leader in one industry (e.g., banking) be successful in another (e.g., technology)?
