Leaders of correctional organizations/agencies are responsible for making important
decisions on issues that affect their organization internally and impact the broader
community. When faced with these difficult decisions, having good judgment is
paramount, increasing the need for leaders to consider the agency's vision, mission,
goals, and stakeholders to find the optimal solution.
The Final Course Project will be completed in four (4) parts:

• Course Project, Part 2 Agency Head (Unit 5)
• Course Project, Part 3 Agency Mission (Unit 7)
• PowerPoint Presentation (Unit 8)
Instructions:
• For this assignment, you will take the previous course project parts, refine them
based on the feedback given, add the final third part, and submit a package that
includes:

vision, and values of the correctional agency you have been

• Discuss the type of programs offered at the correctional
agency.
• Review the ten (10) types of leaders discussed in Unit 1.
