In this module, you will submit the third component of your capstone, the personal and professional reflection. In your reflection, you will look back on your experiences building your capstone project. You will also reflect on the criminal justice program as a whole.
Use the previous reflections in your Module Five and Module Seven journal assignments to help you complete this reflection.
There are three things to do with this journal. First, pick one of two scenarios. The issues presented in the scenario apply to your agency and are different from the issue you have to pick. Then you are to pick a city where your agency is located. Then, after you pick a city, you should pick an issue specific to the city. Some examples may include racial tension, tension between police and the public, police officers retiring, or rise of crime. You can research your city to better select an issue. I hope this makes sense.
I work as a legal analyst for a international firm and I live in NYC. Please do not pick chicago as that was the previous city scenario I had chosen.
