Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment

For this paper 3-4 pages in length you will survey 2 other people about their experience of satisfaction on

their job as well as doing the survey yourself. (Or you can survey 3 people.) You can do this survey via

email or the phone. Provide folks with the list of factors in job satisfaction found below. Ask them to be

specific in their responses so that you get the most useful information and to include examples. Obviously,

their comments may be positive or negative or somewhere in between.

In your paper summarize what you learned about the factors that contributed to job satisfaction or
dissatisfaction for these 3 people. Also based on these surveys describe the factors you think most

contribute to Organizational Commitment. The goal for this assignment is for you to be able to see what

this small sample of people communicated about the factors most affecting their job satisfaction and

summarize those results.
