Issues with juvenile detention centers

I would like this paper to discuss some main issues with juvenile detention centers, problems with juvenile probation, and how it interferes with a juveniles social life and mental health. This paper must have at least EIGHT peer-reviewed journal articles or books, six of which must have been published since 2005. For each article in the research, I need a brief summary and how it contributes to interfere with one's childhood development. I also must include a dependent variable for each article and how it’s measured, and ONE independent variable as well .For the conclusion, talk about the changes being made to the juvenile justice system. Finally, I need an annotated bibliography .
