Interview someone you know about the 'organizational communication' of his or her workplace: is there a welcome pack? What happens on the first day? Is communication aligner image? How do new employees learn about the organization's culture? Is team-building a regular activity? Do they use any Apps or special IT programs/initiatives to improve inter: Have they ever run an internal communication campaign (e.g about health, safety. the environment or CSR)? What needs to be improved?
