  You must learn to cope with determining factors of information, such as: • "Let's think about what we know we know about China ...", • "Let's think about what we know we do not know (knowledge gaps)", • "think about what we do not know we know (underlying knowledge)" and • "Let's think about what we do not know we do not know (blind spots in our knowledge)". The most disturbing possibility is that there is something tremendously harmful that we do not know. But, to ignore something is not an obstacle so that we cannot reason about it.
