Answer these two questions, which i have dealt with in my essay.
1. Analyse the organization of the judicial and settlement body, its jurisdiction and effect of its decisions or judgements.
2. Critically assess the contribution of the Tribunal to the development of jurisprudence on a particular substantive area.
