As indicated on the tentative course schedule in the course syllabus, your fifth exam is on Monday, October 26.
Exam 5 will consist of two separate parts.
Exam 5, part 1 will consist of eight multiple choice questions. Each question will be worth 4 points, thus, part 1 is worth 32 points. Part 1 covers chapters 16 (yes, EPS again), 20, and 21. Part 1 will be available at 1:57 pm and will close, i.e., no longer be available, at 2:40 pm.
Exam 5, part 2 will consist of one problem where you will prepare a pension worksheet, make a pension-related entry that is supported by your worksheet, and answer questions about your pension worksheet. Part 2 will be worth 28 points. Part 2 will be available at 2:25 pm and will close, i.e., no longer be available, at 3:17. You will submit part 2 in a manner similar to how you are currently submitting traditional homework assignments, i.e., you will record your answers in a file and upload that file using Canvas.
Note that although you have until 2:40 to complete part 1, you can finish part 1 by 2:25 pm and thus, begin part 2 promptly at 2:25 pm. Note that part 2 will not become available until 2:25 pm, thus, do not rush to complete part 1 before 2:25 pm.
Once you open up Exam 5, part 1, start with the first question. Select your answer and then move to the next question. You will not be able to go back to a previous question, i.e., once you answer a question and hit the next button, you cannot go back. After you answer question 8, hit submit. Do not hit the submit button until you finish the eight multiple choice questions because once you hit the submit button, you will not be able to get back into the exam, part 1.
