Integrative theoretical perspective

Taylor is a 33 year old business professional who has recently started a new job at work. Taylor has noted a reduction in self-esteem ever since starting the new job. Taylor has become frustrated with the new job, can’t find reasons to enjoy life with his friends due to feelings of inadequacy at work.
In Taylor’s new role at work, he had expected to find happiness; however, this has not been the case. Taylor mentions that friendships are strained and thinks that this is the root of the problem.
