  • Nuts-&-Such sells all types of nuts globally including almonds, cashews, pecans, peanuts, walnuts, etc..
  • The company was founded over 100 years ago and is very conservative in its organizational structure and
    marketing strategy.
  • Peanut sales have been on the decline for over the past 3 years.
    -Prepare a 1–2 minute video script for only one of the two scenarios demonstrating your Influence Tactics.
    Scenario 1: You must influence the long-term and very conservative CEO to purchase a live elephant to parade
    around at promotional events to boost peanut sales.
    The CEO is creeped out and freaked out by circus animals and clowns.
    OR
    Scenario 2: You must influence your marketing team to care for the elephant which includes feeding, bathing,
    and cleaning the elephant’s living quarters (poop scooping).
    Several individuals of your key marketing team are members of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of
    Animals).
  • Provide a short written narrative for a video submission detailing why you selected the Influence Tactic.
