Induction Program

Collect samples of induction programs for new staff from these three different organizations: Miami Dade College, Florida International University, Nova Southeastern University. Consider their stated purposes and their implementation strategies.
You have a choice of products in this assignment. After reviewing the samples, you may either choose one of the original three plans you would modify and explain the modifications or you may develop a new induction plan.

Develop a new induction plan identifying the major elements of your plan, citing this module’s readings and a minimum of 4 additional sources identified through research.
