Considerations:
Identify the problem or issue. (At start of every shift paramedics have to check the drug bag which holds all the drugs in to see if they are all there and in date. Doing so takes up vaulable time before the shift which normal makes the crew late for booking on. Would be alot better if they had a deadicated person to check the drug bags and green tag them before shifts to save time of the crew.)
Set criteria and standards; Whart is the standard we should aspire to? or What is the adopted standard?
Observe practice / Collect data (Make up, use graphs please. Crews get 30 mins to check ambulance over and to restock and to check drugs bag and equipment and then drive to starting location which is normally 20 mins at least. So every shift you are signing on late with Ambulance Control...)
